Summer’s Calling: Chanel’s New Limited Edition Collection Has Arrived

Summer has officially arrived at Chanel, and the maison’s Makeup Creation Studio has made the season its muse with a limited edition collection that captures everything that warm evenings and long, golden days have to offer.
Designed by Comètes Collective member Valentina Li alongside the Chanel team, Summer’s Calling leans into the dreamy, sun-drenched palette of the season. Think soft butter yellows, shimmery golds, peachy pinks, and mauve browns all conjuring up the magic of summer days.
Duo de Baumes, a dual-ended blush and highlighter stick, makes its way into the collection promising buildable colour with a luminous finish. It comes in three shade pairings: Intense Glow, Pure Glow, and Gentle Glow, layering magenta with pastel yellow, coral with champagne, and fresh pink with lilac shimmer respectively. The result is a face that looks lit from within rather than made up.
The pastels continue to the eyes with the Stylo Ombre et Contour eyeshadow sticks in shades ranging from Baby Yellow to a grounding Mauvy Brown, and a warm brown Noisette mascara adds a softer alternative to classic black.
On the lips, Rouge Coco Baume Shine arrives in two mood-dependent shades, a shimmery pastel pink and a bolder dazzling fuchsia, while Le Rouge Duo Ultra Tenue offers a bright raspberry for those planning to dance until dawn. Finishing things off, Le Vernis nail polishes in metallic pink Party Girl and soft peach Solstice complete the perfect summery look.
