Meet the UGG Deconstructed Collection a lightweight collaboration with Nicole McLaughlin that moves your favourite boots straight into the Summer.

UGG is finally stepping out of the snow and into the sun. To do it, they’ve teamed up with Nicole McLaughlin, Brooklyn’s resident queen of DIY deconstruction. If you’ve seen those viral internet shoes made out of old tennis balls, literal croissants or upcycled juice pouches, she’s the one responsible.

For this drop, they have taken UGG’s heavy hitters like the Tasman, the Classic Mini, and the Neumel (now the Classic Deconstructed Lace-Up), and hollowed them out. Say goodbye to the heavy fur lining and summer sweat. Instead, you get an unlined suede upper paired with just the classic sheepskin insole. Think of it as the ultimate UGG comfort, but stripped back and breathable enough for July.

To launch the collection, McLaughlin and her best friend Angie shot a playful campaign just blocks from her Brooklyn studio. The best part? Because the premium leather is completely raw on the inside, the suede is designed to develop a custom patina over time based on how you move, making your pair totally unique to you.

The lineup drops in three perfect earthy tones (Sand, Chestnut, and a deep Shaded Clover).
