Tiffany & Co. unveil the highly anticipated Blue Book 2026 collection: Hidden Garden
From Paradise Bird brooches to sugarloaf tanzanites woven in twisted platinum Tiffany & Co.'s Hidden Garden is a masterclass in colour, craft and the timeless art of high jewellery.
Every lover of haute jewellery will know that the Tiffany & Co. Blue Book collection is the most exciting release in the high jewellery calendar. The annual collection showcases the most technically ambitious and precious-stone rich pieces in the House’s portfolio, and it’s been a brand staple since 1845. This year, the Blue Book summer expression theme has been announced as ‘Hidden Garden’.
Designed by Nathalie Verdeille, the collection pays homage to legendary Tiffany & Co. designer, Jean Schlumberger, who joined the House in 1956, and is one of only four designers ever to have been allowed to sign their work. His most famous creation was the iconic ‘Bird on a Rock’ brooch with the famous Tiffany Yellow Diamond, and it is from this work that the Hidden Garden collection takes its cue.
The Paradise Bird arm of the collection is actually a direct interpretation of ‘Bird on a Rock’, featuring a series of brooches depicting exotic birds perching atop gemstone rocks. Unexpected combinations of rare gemstones and different cuts give the birds lifelike textures and unmistakable Tiffany & Co. savoir-faire.
The remaining arms of the collection take inspiration from plant life, but are equally as mesmerising and animated. The Daisy arm studies pattern and movement through curved variations which animate the petals, while the Blossom capsule is a love letter to Tiffany & Co.’s colour mastery, using inventive colour combinations to create a lush bouquet. The Raffia capsule is infused with sentimentality for the House’s history, incorporating the House’s ‘legacy gemstone’ sugarloaf tanzanites, first discovered in 1968. The tanzanites are woven through rope-like platinum and 18K yellow gold chains, nodding to Schlumberger’s signature twisted motif.
In Hidden Garden, colour, motion and craft operate work together in a dialogue that pays homage to Tiffany & Co.’s most celebrated style codes, reinforcing the timelessness that is Tiffany’s.
