The CHANEL 25 Handbag Campaign

Margot Robbie stars in a recreation of an iconic Kylie Minogue music video for the Chanel 25 campaign.

25 years after its original release, Kylie Minogue’s ‘Come Into My World’ music video has had a facelift for the Chanel 25 bag campaign. With the help of Margot Robbie and director Michel Gondry, the iconic video has been reimagined for 2026.

Just like in the original, the video features multiple Margot Robbies wandering around a Parisian street, dodging pedestrians and each other. The video also marked the reunion of Minogue and Gondry (who directed the original music video, as well as films like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind), with the pop princess making a brief cameo at the start.

Chanel is renowned for making campaigns with intentionality, and this one is no different. Margot Robbie made for the perfect casting choice, not only as a long-term ambassador to the brand, but also because the very first concert the actor attended was Minogue’s Fever tour in Sydney. What’s more, when asked who she would want to play her in a biopic in 2023, Minogue picked Robbie. The video is a true full-circle moment.

As for the product at the centre of the campaign, the Chanel 25 is a slouchy shoulder bag with a gold hardware chain. It comes in a range of sizes and colours, all modelled by Robbie in the video, like burnt orange and a powdery-pink which perfectly mimics the actor’s Barbie press-tour looks. As shown in the video, it makes for the perfect luxury everyday bag, whether you’re running errands, best sported on a bustling rue parisienne.
