This season, it’s all about the stirrup strap

Sergio Rossi’s Autumn/Winter 2026 collection swaps black leather for deep brown almost everywhere, and it changes the whole mood of the season. Pumps, boots and bags all lean into espresso tones, alligator print and shadowed warm hues instead of the usual monochrome.

Some of the Beak pumps and slingbacks come with half-pearl studs pressed directly into the leather. Other styles use a new faux-alligator print on calf leather, made to look like the real skin. The Tensile bootie takes the house’s archive cone heel and wraps it in leopard-print pony hair, and the pattern shows up again on Rush, a completely flat sneaker.

The Purcell boot goes full Texan with an extra long pointed toe, a triangular heel shape, and a leather printed alligator finish, featuring the brand’s Surge monogram stamped in. Spur pushes it further, with a removable metal stirrup strap bolted onto an otherwise plain black bootie.

Menswear gets its own personality switch up too. The Bitt loafer trades tailoring for a metal horsebit buckle and bold visible stitching, while the Delft Oxford stays classic in hand stained black calfskin.

The bags stay much simpler than the shoes. The Arbor tote’s angular, wing-shaped sides give it real shoulder presence, Pail turns a simple bucket bag into printed alligator, and the Vareda Hobo gets a thin strap finished with a gold tip.
