Converse and Noah’s Latest Collab Includes Its Own Skatepark
The Louie Lopez 2 gets a suede glow-up, care of Converse and Noah’s second collab this year.
Converse and Noah are back for a second collaboration, this time reworking the Louie Lopez 2 Pro in full-grain suede. It follows their Chuck 70 capsule from earlier this year, the first product to come out of a longer-running relationship between the two brands around skate, surf and music culture.
Under the hood, it’s got the high-performance cupsole boardfeel you need to actually skate, wrapped in design lines pulled straight from Converse’s vintage tennis and track archives. But the real flex is the new look showing off a rich, forest-green suede upper featuring a perforated Star Chevron. Noah seals the deal with a subtle embossed logo right on the tongue.
Tucked inside Noah’s new 5,000-square-foot West Coast flagship on North Orange Drive, the collaboration comes with its own skatepark. This isn’t some half-hearted, miniature box just for show. It’s a massive timber structure covered in durable Skatelite. The design even features a wooden wave section meant to mimic the rhythm of the ocean, which is of course a nod to the brand’s heavy surf-and-skate roots. Shop
